Death of a Superhero is about a young boy named Donald, who is suffering from terminal cancer. Donald spends his days imagining himself in another world as his his alter ego comic book superhero. However, since Donald has expressed that he will do almost anything to have sex for the first time before he dies, he decides to see a psychiatrist named Dr. Adrian King, that can possibly help him.
