Arakawa Under the Bridge x Bridge is a quirky anime show that premiered in 2010 and is produced by NIS America. The show revolves around a young man named Kou Ichinomiya who comes from a wealthy family and upholds the belief that he must never be indebted to anyone. However, one day, when he falls into the Arakawa River, a homeless girl named Nino rescues him, and he owes her his life.

To repay his debt, Nino asks Kou to be her boyfriend and to live with her under the bridge. Thus, Kou is sucked into the bizarre world of the Arakawa under the bridge community - a motley crew of eccentric characters - who live unconventional and idiosyncratic lives.

Throughout the show, audiences see Kou adapt to the surreal community
